Eco Warriors

At Wygate Park Academy, our Eco Warriors play a vital role in helping our school community understand and care for the environment. As proud ambassadors for our planet, they work towards the Voyage Green Pledge by encouraging sustainable habits, reducing waste, and promoting thoughtful choices. Our Eco Warriors lead by example, showing others how small changes—like recycling, saving energy, and looking after our outdoor spaces—can make a big difference.

Throughout the year, the Eco Warriors take part in a range of initiatives to raise awareness of environmental issues within school. They help organise campaigns, support whole-school eco events, and share important messages during assemblies and class meetings. Working together, they empower others to care for the world around them and inspire everyone at Wygate Park Academy to take responsibility for creating a greener future.
